Mumbai University Pre-Admission Online Registration 2018 - The University of Mumbai has invited to "Pre Admission Online Registration" process for admissions to process for the courses listed in the circularwhich includes B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BMS, BAF, BFM, B.Sc.(IT) BBI, BMM and others.
News Updated on 14.06.2018 - Online registration applicants must click on the http://mum.net.in link on Mumbai University's website's home page. Submission of pre-admission online enrolment forms will be from June 14-21. Students can call 9769199421 or 9769449644 for queries.
As per the circular it is compulsory that the student first registers at the university website www.mum.digitaluniversity.ac, takes a hard copy of the application and submits it to the college and must follow the admission procedure of the college to become eligible for admission to the first year classes.
For regular under-graduate and post-graduate courses, the admissions are offered at affiliated colleges, recognized institutes, and university departments.
Applicants aspiring admissions need to apply in respective college, institute, or department. From academic year 2018-17 application for admission has been made available online by the University. Applicants may use this facility to the fullest for their benefit. The output of the 'Pre-Admission Online Registration will be a printout of application form to be submitted in colleges.
Applicants from states other than Maharashtra, and foreign nationals may also use this facility. However, foreign nationals may have to undergo additional mandatory procedures by contacting the University.
Please go through the prospectus of the college to know about the courses and/or subjectcombination(s) offered by the college, rules, regulations etc. Before you fill the PRE-ADMISSION ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM. Application form and Prospectus is available for download on the college website between 31st May 2018 to 7th June 2018 (till 5.00 p.m.).
Before you log on to the website please ensure that you havethe copy of the mark sheet of the Xth and the XIIthstandard. Further ensure that you have scanned your photograph and signatureand kept it ready for easy access. Your will also be required to provide with amobile number and an email id to receive the confirmation and other relatedinformation from the university. These will be required when you fill theon-line registration form.
One form can be used to apply for multiple courses i.e.more than one course and multiple colleges for every course. i.e. the applicantcan fill one form to opt for more than one course like B.Com., B.M.S., B.A.F.etc. in more than one college for every course.

✓ Log on to the Mumbai University online portal. (http://mum.digitaluniversity.ac/default.aspx)
✓ Register on the online portal by providing the basic registration information . You will be provided a user name and password on registered email ID and mobile number.
✓ Log in with the user name and password. Start filling the application form.
✓ Upload the photo and signature. Fill the complete profile i.e. personal details, contact, correspondence details, reservation and educational details correctly. Submit the application form
Print e-Suvidha kit and enter confirmation code in the system.
✓ Select the first year course. Then, select the affiliated colleges running the course. Last, select the required documents to be attached with the application form.
✓ Take the print-out of the submitted pre-registration application form.
✓ Buy the prospectus from the college, you wish to take the admission. Submit the duly filled application form along with the pre-registration application form and the necessary documents.
Once you fill the application form successfully and apply, you will have to submit the printout of application form along with necessary documents to every course-college separately for which you have applied. Your application will not be considered valid in any case, unless printout is submitted to college. You must ensure that college inwards your application form after submission of printout.
